Bitsy is a RESOURCE. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We have leaned on her for small things and big things, and she is always an incredible help. We appreciate how organized she is. She helped transition us from hand-written bookkeeping to bookkeeping on QB. We could not have done it without her. We are continuing to work with her on a monthly basis, especially at month-end. She is wonderful.
