Bitsy has a tremendous amount of patience!!! She is very thorough in both her questions to understand the problem and her solutions to fix them. I loved how efficient she is with time; it felt like in 1 hour, we would move a mountain. She’s very straightforward, takes her time to make sure you understand what’s wrong, and walks you step by step to know how to fix it and maintain it. Overall I would highly recommend Bitsy for any of your QB needs!
